Terms of service
The agreement between addDuo and publishers and advertisers using the platform. Last updated 28 Sep 2026.
These terms summarise how the platform operates and should be finalised by counsel before commercial launch.
1. Accounts
You must give accurate information and keep your credentials secure. One organisation may hold multiple accounts only with our written agreement. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or the policies below.
2. Publishers
- You earn 70% of the amount advertisers are charged for valid events on your properties (revenue share). The percentage is shown in your console and changes only with 30 days' notice.
- Earnings are finalised monthly after invalid-traffic review. Earnings from invalid traffic are not payable and may be deducted if found later.
- Payouts are made when finalised earnings reach US$50, within the first 10 business days of the month, to your verified payout method.
- You must follow the publisher policy and keep addDuo authorised in your ads.txt.
3. Advertisers
- Prepaid wallets are charged as valid events occur; unused balances are refundable on request, less payment processing fees.
- You are responsible for your ads and landing pages, which must follow the advertiser content policy.
- We may reject or remove any creative that fails security scanning or policy review.
4. Measurement
addDuo's ledger is the system of record for billing and payouts. Discrepancies above 10% against a third-party measurement may be raised within 30 days.
5. Liability and law
The platform is provided with reasonable care but without guarantees of fill or revenue. These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka and the courts of Colombo.
